Stays in your browser
Listing details are read from Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com pages, and all calculations run in your browser. Saved deals, profiles and notes stay local.
Sent to our server
Rent estimates: the ZIP code and number of bedrooms (HUD Fair Market Rent, answered from our own copy of HUD’s data).
RentCast (Pro): the property address, bedrooms and bathrooms. Results are cached for 30 days and a monthly count enforces the allowance.
The current mortgage rate, which involves no personal data.
Like every extension we make: your install id, your licence if you have one, usage counts for plan limits, and optional “Help improve” data if you turn it on. See the main privacy policy.

Google permissions
Asked for only when you use the feature, and used only for it:
drive.file: Google Sheets export: creates and updates only the spreadsheets DealLens makes for you, directly from your browser.
DealLens’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t use Google user data for advertising, don’t sell it, don’t let people read it except with your consent, for security or where the law requires, and don’t use it to train AI models.
Your choices
Uninstalling removes everything the extension stored in your browser. To have the data on our server deleted, email us.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising. DealLens follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
