MapLeads
Last updated 10 October 2026
MapLeads builds lead lists in your browser. Your leads are never sent to us.
Stays in your browser
Business details are read from the Google Maps results you open and stored in your browser.
Website enrichment (emails, social links) fetches each business’s public website directly from your browser, only after you allow it.
Notes, CRM status and exports stay local; CSV and XLSX files are created on your computer.
Sent to our server
Only the shared licence data described in our main policy. No lead data is ever sent to us.
Like every extension we make: your install id, your licence if you have one, usage counts for plan limits, and optional “Help improve” data if you turn it on. See the main privacy policy.
Google permissions
Asked for only when you use the feature, and used only for it:
drive.file: Google Sheets export: creates and updates only the spreadsheets MapLeads makes for you, directly from your browser.
MapLeads’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t use Google user data for advertising, don’t sell it, don’t let people read it except with your consent, for security or where the law requires, and don’t use it to train AI models.
Your choices
Uninstalling removes everything the extension stored in your browser. To have the data on our server deleted, email us.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising. MapLeads follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
