ReplyKit
Last updated 10 October 2026
ReplyKit keeps your snippets in your browser. Team libraries and AI rewrites are the only features that use our server.
Stays in your browser
Snippets, folders, history and settings are stored locally.
Ticket details (customer name, order number and similar) are read from the help-desk page you are on and used only to fill the snippet in your browser.
Sent to our server
Team plans: team name, members’ names and email addresses, invite codes, shared snippets (name, shortcut, text, tags) and usage counts (which shared snippet was inserted, its length and when) so admins can see what is used.
AI rewrites: the text you ask to rewrite is sent through our server to Anthropic and is not stored. A monthly count enforces the allowance.
Like every extension we make: your install id, your licence if you have one, usage counts for plan limits, and optional “Help improve” data if you turn it on. See the main privacy policy.
Other services
Anthropic (Claude): AI rewrites (tone, shorten, translate) of the text you select.
Your choices
Uninstalling removes everything the extension stored in your browser. To have the data on our server deleted, email us.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising. ReplyKit follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
